When registering be sure to schedule your choice of one (1) Keynote for each day that you are attending, and four breakout sessionsfor a total of 5 hours of PD each day. Coffee, water, morning snacks and lunch are included!!!
Participants in this workshop will begin by creating a common understanding of the many facets and approaches to Social Emotional Learning. This will include not only the types of skills included in SEL, but also best educational practices that support development of these skills in both children and adults. Participants will then reflect about the ways they were able to successfully embed best SEL practices into their classroom over the previous school year. Finally, participants will be encouraged to set an intention related to SEL for the next school year.
